exhibitor faq's
What are the rental rates and what do they include?
Open Display Space: $5.75 / sq.ft.
Booth: $575 **
Corner Booth: $625 **
Booths include 8' back drop and 3' side rails
** Booths are normally 10 ft. wide and 9 ft. deep but may differ from this depending on building geometry. If you have a specific dimensional constraint, please discuss this with the show management.

Is there Non-Profit display space available?
Yes, a Limited amount of exhibit space is available for marine non-profits on a first come, first served basis. Please send a letter of intent and proof of non-profit status. Fee for a 10' x 10' space is $200. Cost does not include table, chairs or carpets.
What are the set-up days and hours?
Set-up starts on Monday, January 9th through Wednesday, January 11th from 8:00 AM to 7 PM.
What is your placement policy?
Previous year exhibitors (2011) have first rights to their same space with completed and signed contract submitted to Newport Exhibition Group by by November 1, 2011.
Where is the best place to park at the show?
The Rhode Island Convention Center, part of the RI Convention & Entertainment Complex, is conveniently located directly off Interstate 95 and has its own parking garage. For directions and rates click here.
Are there concessions available on-site?
Concessions are not available within the show itself. However, a wide selection of unique and familiar restaurants are located within walking distance of the show- some under the same roof!
